Jared Schlosser

Bio:

Jared serves as head of originations for Peachtree Group, overseeing all commercial real estate and hotel lending, as well as the firm’s Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy (CPACE) lending program.
With nearly 20 years of lending experience, Jared has originated more than $7.0 billion in commercial loans and $1.5 billion in CPACE transactions.
Previously, Jared served as a loan officer for Voya Financial, where he was responsible for originating construction, bridge, and permanent loans ranging from $10 million to $200 million. Prior to Voya, Jared co-founded the real estate lending platform at AloStar Bank, where he grew the commercial real estate balance sheet to more than $500 million. He began his career as an underwriter for Colony Capital.
Jared earned a Business Administration degree in Real Estate Finance from the University of Georgia.
