Jenna Hackett is Senior Vice President and Global Leader of Lifestyle Brand Management at Hilton, where she oversees strategy, performance and growth across the company’s Lifestyle and Collection brands, including Canopy by Hilton, Curio Collection, Tapestry Collection, Graduate, Motto and Outset Collection. Since joining Hilton in 2011, Jenna has played a pivotal role in building and scaling some of the company’s most culturally relevant brands, from launching Curio Collection and Tapestry Collection to shaping Hilton’s broader Lifestyle and Collections portfolio.
Jenna began her career in politics and executive compensation, bringing a unique lens of financial discipline, strategic thinking and brand instinct to her leadership. Known for her belief in mentorship, disciplined growth and the power of distinct brand point of view, she has been instrumental in elevating Hilton’s presence in the global Lifestyle space. Jenna holds a BA in Political Science, an MBA from the Kogod School of Business at American University, a real estate investment credential from Harvard, and is a passionate advocate for diverse perspectives and inclusive leadership in hospitality.
