Jennifer Dakin is a Managing Director in Berkadia’s Chevy Chase, MD office and a capital markets specialist focused on debt and equity placement in the lodging sector. She brings over 28 years of experience in the commercial real estate lending arena.
Over the course of her career, Jennifer has closed more than $15 billion in financings, primarily during her tenure at Wells Fargo Bank, where she developed deep expertise in complex capital stack structuring for hospitality assets. She has a robust background in underwriting and has partnered with a broad spectrum of institutional real estate owners, operators, and developers, advising them on financing strategies across multiple market cycles.
At Berkadia, Jennifer is responsible for originating and executing debt and equity placements for lodging assets nationwide, leveraging her longstanding capital provider relationships and sector-specific knowledge to deliver tailored capital solutions for her clients.
