Jess Conroy

Bio:

Jess Conroy is Founder and CEO of ROH, which is building the financial infrastructure for complex operating networks. As foundational infrastructure for hotels, ROH enables properties to operationalize and maximize the value of every dollar flowing through their property, delivering profitability improvements and setting organizations up to take full advantage of AI through structured, actionable data. 

Jess previously worked at Burch Creative Capital where she helped manage investments and brand development for the firm’s portfolio. Jess is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania with degrees in Economics and Spanish and earned her MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Business.
