Substitutions with employees from your organization are welcome at any time but in all other respects delegate / attendee registrations are issued for your personal use only and cannot be shared with any other person during the Event. he NYU IHIF Investor Pass is exclusively available for investors to attend the event and make direct contact with owners, operators and developers to drive investment opportunities across hospitality.

The NYU IHIF Investor Pass is available for $2,575, saving $1,175 on the final delegate rate. To qualify, you must meet the criteria set out below:

• Be either an individual or an employee of a financial entity who owns or commits capital in the form of equity into hospitality businesses and/or hospitality real estate or is looking to invest equity in the hospitality sector, either via ground up development or by acquiring an existing asset.
   
• The primary function of your role and company must relate to the acquisition of hospitality businesses and/or hospitality real estate.
   
• Consent to participate in up to five pre-arranged appointments with relevant companies.

We offer an Under-30s Pass at a reduced rate of $2,375, compared to the final delegate rate of $3,750.

Professionals must be 30 years of age or younger on May 31, 2026. You will also be asked for a copy of your ID on arrival at the event.

Yes, you can register at the event. However, we recommend registering in advance to save time and benefit from a reduced rate.

Registered attendees get access to a discounted accommodation package at the New York Marriott Marquis. The hotel booking link will be available in your registration confirmation e-mail.

Registered attendees have exclusive access to event floors (4-7 & 9) as well as the 8th floor atrium and the adjacent lobby area. These floors are reserved for conference attendees only, ensuring access only for those registered for the event.

A share of proceeds from the event will help fund student scholarships at the NYU School of Professional Studies (NYU SPS) Jonathan M. Tisch Center of Hospitality and further support the program's mission of educating and preparing future leaders and innovators for careers in global hospitality management, travel and tourism.
