He has held senior leadership roles at Cendant Corporation, HFS, Wingate Inns, and RCI International. Throughout his career, Nichols has lived and worked across Mexico, Asia, Latin America, China, and the United Kingdom, gaining a global perspective and fluency in Spanish and Portuguese. Beyond hospitality, his travels have fueled a passion for collecting folk art, reflecting his deep appreciation for diverse cultures.
