Michael is a Managing Director and Global Head of Real Estate, Gaming, Lodging and Leisure for Jefferies.
Prior to, and over a period of 20 years, Michael led the western region real estate and global gaming and lodging investment banking businesses for Morgan Stanley.
Throughout his career he has been involved in more than $350bn of public and private strategic advisory and capital raising assignments. From 2017 through 2019, Michael was EVP, Chief Financial Officer and head of corporate strategy for Host Hotels and Resorts, a S&P 500 company and the largest owner of luxury hotels in the United States.
