Bio:
Michele Haynes is Senior Vice President of Structured Transactions at Hyatt Hotels Corporation, where she leads complex capital structuring, asset sales, and strategic repositionings across Hyatt’s global portfolio. As part of Hyatt’s Global Transactions team, she partners closely with cross-functional teams to align transactions with long-term enterprise value creation, brand fit, and disciplined capital deployment to support growth.
Michele previously served as Vice President, Capital Strategy and as Vice President & Associate General Counsel supporting transaction activity across Latin America and the Caribbean. Prior to joining Hyatt, she practiced real estate finance law in Chicago.
She serves as Vice Chair of the Urban Land Institute’s Travel Experiences and Trends Council and is a member of CREW Network.
