Sarah Gulla

Bio:

Sarah Gulla is the Senior Vice President of Asset Management at Pebblebrook Hotel Trust with responsibility over a portfolio of both branded and independent hotels as well as the entire retail real estate portfolio.  Ms. Gulla was previously in Asset Management at LaSalle Hotel Properties with hotels representing over $2 billion in asset value. She has expertise in the most major metropolitan markets in the US. Ms. Gulla began her lodging real estate career at Thayer Lodging Group as both Vice President of Asset Management as well Vice President of Acquisitions and Development. She started her career in hotel operations and sales with Four Seasons Hotels and Walt Disney World. Ms. Gulla holds an M.B.A. from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia and is a graduate of the School of Hotel Administration at Cornell. Ms. Gulla is a Certified Hotel Asset Manager and the Vice President of the Hotel Asset Managers Association (HAMA). She serves on the American Hotel and Lodging Association Food & Beverage Committee and Marriott’s Autograph Brand Advisory Board. Ms. Gulla is a frequent speaker at industry events. She resides in the metro D.C. area with her family.
