Scott Ellman

Bio:

Scott Ellman is a Managing Director with Eastdil Secured in New York. He has more than 18 years of real estate experience advising clients on sales, financings, and strategic capital markets activities in both the United States and Europe. Mr. Ellman is responsible for sourcing and executing single asset, portfolio, platform, and structured joint venture transactions within the commercial real estate capital markets, with a specific focus on hospitality related transactions.  Mr. Ellman joined Eastdil Secured in 2007 and has since participated in the sale, financing and capital raising of over $75.0 billion in transactions. Prior to joining Eastdil Secured, Mr. Ellman held internship positions with the Buccini/Pollin Group, a full-service real estate ownership and development company based in Wilmington, DE and HVS International, a leading hospitality consulting and appraisal firm based in Mineola, NY.  Mr. Ellman received his B.S. in Hotel Restaurant and Institutional Management with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Delaware and is now a member of the programs advisory board. Mr. Ellman sits on the board of the NYU Lodging Conference planning committee and is also a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the State of New York.
