Sourav Goswami

Bio:

Sourav Goswami is a seasoned real estate investment professional, with nearly 30 years in real estate private equity. He has been instrumental in raising and deploying nearly $3 Billion of equity from institutional investors for real estate investments over his career. Sourav is Founder and CEO of Fort5Park, a leading venture-backed real estate AI company. He was previously a Managing Director with Buckingham Partners, a multifamily focused real estate fund, and previously held Managing Director and Senior Principal positions at Walton Street Capital. Sourav was also the founder of  NWO.ai, a leading a consumer and insurance AI company, which was acquired in 2024. Sourav started his real estate career at Goldman Sachs. He completed his Bachelor’s in economics from Harvard University and MBA from Columbia Business School, both with honors.
