Stephany Chen

Bio:

Stephany Chen serves as a Senior Vice President at Trinity, where she is the Head of Investor Relations. Ms. Chen develops, manages and oversees the firm’s capital strategy efforts, serving as the primary contact between Trinity and its investment community. With over 15 years in the hospitality real estate industry, Ms. Chen has been involved in nearly $5.0 billion of transactions globally. Prior to joining Trinity, Ms. Chen was a Senior Director of JLL Hotels & Hospitality Group based out of New York City as the U.S. lead of the team’s Global Hotel Desk. Her role was to facilitate high-profile transactions by focusing on offerings seeking global capital, while assisting international investors with their hotel real estate needs across JLL’s global platform. Ms. Chen began her career as a Conference Manager of BHN, producing some of the largest hotel investment conferences around the world including the Americas Lodging Investment Summit (ALIS) and the Hotel Investment Conference Asia Pacific (HICAP). Ms. Chen graduated from The School of Hospitality Business at Michigan State University with a Bachelor’s degree and a specialization in Real Estate on a full tuition scholarship. Ms. Chen was recently selected as a 2024 CRE Women of Influence by GlobeSt.
