Bio:
Trica Jean-Baptiste is a hospitality and real estate advisor working at the intersection of luxury hospitality, residential development, and global lifestyle investment. With a background in luxury hospitality and international real estate advisory, she brings both an operator’s and strategist’s perspective to lifestyle-driven development. Her career includes on-property hospitality experience as well as leadership representing luxury hospitality brands and destinations globally, providing her with a deep understanding of the evolving relationship between hospitality, travel, and residential living.
Through her advisory work at Morgensheer Hospitality, she collaborates with developers, investors, and family offices on hospitality and residential projects including private residence resorts and marina lifestyle communities across the United States, the Caribbean, and Latin America.
Working closely with owners, operators, and brand partners, Trica advises on product positioning, hospitality programming, strategic partnerships, and the alignment of capital and development vision to bring hospitality-driven residential communities to market.
She is also the Founder of Left the Nest International, a platform focused on the emerging lifestyle and relocation preferences of the Baby Boomer generation—one of the most influential drivers of global luxury travel and second-home ownership. The platform explores how this demographic, which today holds more than half of U.S. household wealth, is reshaping global luxury travel and residential living.
She is currently advising on the development of a luxury private residence and marina community in the West Indies, created in response to growing demand for hybrid hospitality models that integrate private residential ownership with hospitality-driven experiences and marina amenities.
