Jay Morrow

Bio:

Jonathan (Jay) Morrow is a senior managing director of Capital Markets and head of Hospitality Advisory at Walker & Dunlop and is based in New York, New York. In this role, he leads the firm’s hospitality practice and is responsible for the origination and execution of hospitality investment sales and capital placement nationwide. He specializes in institutional-grade hotel and resort transactions throughout North America, including investment and brand advisory and capital placement across domestic and international capital sources.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Morrow spent more than 15 years at Hodges Ward Elliott, where he led the firm’s New York City office and completed more than $20 billion in lodging transactions.

Morrow earned a bachelor’s degree in management from Kennesaw State University, where he served as captain of the men’s baseball team.
