Jeff Wagoner

Bio:

As President and CEO of OUTRIGGER Hospitality Group, Jeff Wagoner leads a global portfolio of beach resorts, hotels, vacation condominiums and retail operations. Since joining the company in 2018, he has championed OUTRIGGER’s transformation through strategic growth and operational excellence.

With more than three decades of hospitality leadership, Wagoner’s career includes senior executive roles at Trump Hotel Group and Wyndham Hotel Group, where he served as President of Wyndham Hotels and Resorts and EVP of Brand and Customer Services. He has also held positions at Starwood and Marriott International.

Wagoner actively contributes to both industry and community. He serves on the boards of the American Hotel & Lodging Association, Hawai‘i Business Roundtable and is a founding member of the Hawai‘i Hotel Alliance. He advises the University of Hawai‘i’s School of Travel Industry Management, supports UH athletics on the Board of ‘Ahahui Koa Ānuenue and is on the Board of Governors at Chaminade University. He also serves on the executive leadership team for the American Heart Association. His leadership has earned industry recognition, including Lodging Magazine’s Person of the Year, HM Magazine’s Asia-Pacific Hotelier of the Year and Pacific Edge Magazine’s Hospitality Executive of the Year.
