As President, Joseph leads PM Hotel Group’s growth and diversification strategy for the company while creating a corporate culture committed to its people-first ethos that celebrates collaboration, creativity and bottom-line results. At PM Hotel Group, he has built a team of talented and driven executives who have established a winning legacy. Joseph’s passion for innovation and dedication to supporting the entrepreneurial spirit that the company was founded on remain central to his vision. Under his leadership, the hotel management firm has expanded its portfolio across lifestyle, independent, and branded hotels nationwide.
In addition to executing the firm’s strategic growth initiatives and advancing technology innovation, Joseph brings a global perspective shaped by more than 25 years of hospitality leadership. He has lived and worked around the world, previously serving as President of the company’s Asia Pacific operations, and continues to apply this global lens to PM Hotel Group’s long-term strategy. His industry leadership extends beyond the organization through active service on multiple boards and advisory councils. Josephsits on the AHLA Management Committee and was named to the American Hotel & Lodging Association’s Board of Directors in 2019. In January 2026, Joseph was appointed Secretary/Treasurer of the AHLA Foundation, serving alongside fellow officers to support the Foundation’s mission and future leadership. In addition, in 2021, Joseph became President of the Sheraton Hotels & Resorts Franchise Advisory Council and serves as Vice Chair of the IHG Crowne Plaza Owners’ Association.
